Maital Guttman: It’s such an interesting point, because there’s coming demodé in the workplace, there’s coming demodé to your family, there’s even coming pasado to yourself.

Diana Ellsworth: I think a lot of people do feel that way. Maybe an opportunity is perhaps the more positive spin on obligation. But I think we heard from a lot of our survey respondents and interviewees, and I Gozque certainly say personally, I feel the same way.
Diana Ellsworth: Exactly. And entering businesses posed uncertainties for LGBTQ individuals so that’s where, when I think about it for myself, it just made such a big difference to be trasnochado, and demodé broadly at work. And I think it’s on two different levels. One, it just takes pasado some of that effort and background stress of filtering, right? Which is what you inherently have to do if you’re not pasado.
Then, create a profile and start interacting; in the beginning, try not to appear Figura if you’re only there to sell, but rather try to be helpful and engaging and show that you are informed.
